MCAP hosted a valuable Faculty Development Program (FDP) on teaching Gen Z students, led by Dr.Achuth Sankar. The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation from faculty members, who explored the challenges and solutions in engaging this demographic. The FDP was a game-changer, inspiring  educators to adopt innovative teaching methods that canter to Gen Z’s unique needs and keep them attentive.
