Appreciation for “Katha: The Tale Beyond East Fort,”
MCAP launched the book “Katha: The Tale Beyond East Fort,”, near the historical site of Kanthalloor Shala—an ancient temple-university once hailed as the Nalanda of the South. The publication stems from the urban design studio of the 2020-2025 batch which focused on rediscovering Kanthalloor Shala, one of India’s oldest centres of learning dating back over a thousand years. The official book release was conducted by Prof. Dr. Baby Paul K., Principal Ar. Prof. Suja Kumari L., and Rev. Fr. Abin Stanly (Bursar, MCAP), who presented a copy to Ward Councillor S. Krishnakumar during a meeting attended by students and residents of Valiyasala Gramam.
